R. Siddharth is a multilateral diplomacy powerhouse known for his strong footprint in
engagements with the UN and the Government. With a career spanning public policy,
strategic affairs, and international cooperation, he has built a reputation for shaping dialogues
at the intersection of diplomacy, governance, and technology. A popular Silicon Valley name,
with personal ties to Apple CEO Tim Cook, he champions the growth of India’s tech
ecosystem and believes in using soft power such as “Tech Diplomacy” as tools of multilateral
change. A Chair Professor at premier institutions and Founder of the Prestige Institute of
International Relations, Siddharth contributes to advancing India’s role in global governance.
His work reflects a commitment to pragmatic policymaking, fostering South-South
cooperation, and engaging meaningfully with multilateral institutions on critical global
